Trainee Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Trainee Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure all invoices are up to date and communicate any issues to the correct department or person;
- To type minutes of any meeting held and to distribute to the relevant people;
- To open and distribute company’s post;
- To regularly review Purchase Order Processing and Purchase Ledger;
- Ensure all administration and recording is prompt and accurate – maintaining computer and manual records;
- To provide excellent customer service to all clients;
- Under supervision, issuing documents;
- Ensuring work is carried out with accuracy, confidentiality and deadlines are met;
- To follow compliance requirements, including Treating Customers Fairly;
- Envelope stuffing for the team;
- To act professionally at all times and ensure the ethics and ethos of the company are followed;
- General office/administration duties for the team i.e. photocopying, filing, printing and scanning;
- Work closely with other team members to ensure any client receives a prompt and efficient response;
- Data input;
- Liaising with suppliers via telephone and email.
Requirements:
- Detail orientated;
- Office Experience;
- Computer Literate.
