Our company is looking for a Trainee Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all invoices are up to date and communicate any issues to the correct department or person;
  • To type minutes of any meeting held and to distribute to the relevant people;
  • To open and distribute company’s post;
  • To regularly review Purchase Order Processing and Purchase Ledger;
  • Ensure all administration and recording is prompt and accurate – maintaining computer and manual records;
  • To provide excellent customer service to all clients;
  • Under supervision, issuing documents;
  • Ensuring work is carried out with accuracy, confidentiality and deadlines are met;
  • To follow compliance requirements, including Treating Customers Fairly;
  • Envelope stuffing for the team;
  • To act professionally at all times and ensure the ethics and ethos of the company are followed;
  • General office/administration duties for the team i.e. photocopying, filing, printing and scanning;
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure any client receives a prompt and efficient response;
  • Data input;
  • Liaising with suppliers via telephone and email.

Requirements:

  • Detail orientated;
  • Office Experience;
  • Computer Literate.
