  • An ability to use ICT as a teaching resource and for personal administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from an accredited university;
  • 2-4 years of teaching experience (Recommended but not required);
  • Willingness and ability to work as part of a team;
  • Biology Specialism;
  • Reflect competency in using lab equipment and conducting lab sessions;
  • Excellent subject knowledge that can stretch the most able and interested students;
  • Use e-books, assessment and analyzing data related to achievement;
  • Proven enthusiasm, organisation and flexibility (essential);
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own work;
  • Seek continuous professional development opportunities in Biology teaching;
  • Degree in the subject teaching;
  • Experience in teaching British curriculum;
  • Have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship (essential);
  • A University degree in a biology discipline.
