Collections Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Collections Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with escalated collections queries;
- Responsibility for collections compliance and performance;
- Identify and aid the implemention of collections and payments process procedures;
- Managing relationships with 3rd party agencies and monitoring their performance;
- Act as go-to for collections related queries;
- Responsibility for team reporting.
Requirements:
- Ability to identify development opportunities and be proactive in putting forward ideas and solutions;
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role;
- Exceptionally strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Experience monitoring and working with B2C data;
- Excellent Excel skills, and able to manage large sets of data;
- Good commercial awareness and business acumen;
- Strong computer skills and systems knowledge.
