Our company is looking for a Collections Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with escalated collections queries;
  • Responsibility for collections compliance and performance;
  • Identify and aid the implemention of collections and payments process procedures;
  • Managing relationships with 3rd party agencies and monitoring their performance;
  • Act as go-to for collections related queries;
  • Responsibility for team reporting.

Requirements:

  • Ability to identify development opportunities and be proactive in putting forward ideas and solutions;
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Exceptionally strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Experience monitoring and working with B2C data;
  • Excellent Excel skills, and able to manage large sets of data;
  • Good commercial awareness and business acumen;
  • Strong computer skills and systems knowledge.
