Our company is looking for a Drama Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and delivering innovative lessons to create a stimulating and motivating environment for children;
  • Monitoring and evaluating pupil’s progress to attain a high standard of results within GCSES;
  • Being able to build a good rapport with staff members and children alike;
  • Inputting into the school’s drama department by assisting school performances, clubs, and workshops;
  • Implementing the Key Stage 3 and 4 curriculum and providing booster sessions where needed to raise standards within the classroom.

Requirements:

  • You must be willing to attend a registration interview;
  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained;
  • You must have legal right to work in the UK;
  • a Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Drama or related field, or Education;
  • Native-level English speaker or can demonstrate equivalent proficiency;
  • Qualified Teacher Status qualification is desired but not essential;
  • Relevant experience as a drama specialist working with children;
  • at least 2 years of teaching experience,
  • experience of teaching Drama to Key Stage 3 and 4.
