Our company is looking for a Drama Teacher to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and delivering innovative lessons to create a stimulating and motivating environment for children;
- Monitoring and evaluating pupil’s progress to attain a high standard of results within GCSES;
- Being able to build a good rapport with staff members and children alike;
- Inputting into the school’s drama department by assisting school performances, clubs, and workshops;
- Implementing the Key Stage 3 and 4 curriculum and providing booster sessions where needed to raise standards within the classroom.
Requirements:
- You must be willing to attend a registration interview;
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained;
- You must have legal right to work in the UK;
- a Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Drama or related field, or Education;
- Native-level English speaker or can demonstrate equivalent proficiency;
- Qualified Teacher Status qualification is desired but not essential;
- Relevant experience as a drama specialist working with children;
- at least 2 years of teaching experience,
- experience of teaching Drama to Key Stage 3 and 4.
