Special Needs Teaching Assistant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support students on a 1:1 basis in a variety of different lessons;
- Help student’s record work in an appropriate way;
- Be confident building a positive relationship with students to encourage learning;
- Assist students with physical needs;
- Report back to the SENCO on the progress of all the students;
- Help promote independent learning;
- Help reinforce learning.
Requirements:
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained;
- You must have legal right to work in the UK;
- You must be willing to attend a registration interview.
