Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support the work of teaching assistants;
- Marking pupils work (if instructed to by class teacher).
Requirements:
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Experience teaching a range of subjects confidently using a versatile and creative approach;
- Qualified teacher status essential;
- Experienced managing challenging behaviour calmly and with confidence;
- Background of supporting a variety of SEN and implementing a creative learning approach;
- Have an understanding of children with special needs;
- A caring, patient and calm personality;
- Experienced fully qualified teacher;
- An approachable and positive attitude;
- Must have QTS and experience teaching English to GCSE;
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent;
- Strong behaviour management with experience working with SEN pupils a preference;
- Be registered with the EWC;
- Strong classroom Teacher and pupil support;
- QTS.
