Our company is looking for a Team Leader (1 year maternity contract) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the monthly shipment projections;
- Supervise and lead a team of 3 Service Schedulers to achieve targets, minimise engineers travel times and increase margins;
- Holding weekly team meetings with the scheduling team to facilitate good communication and planning;
- Providing the Accounts Departments with all required, authorised information to enable monthly processing of expenses and overtime.
Requirements:
- Team Leader/Supervisory experience;
- Experience managing engineers;
- Experience of producing and analysing reports;
- Scheduling experience.
