Our company is looking for a Studio Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing supplier lists and costing;
  • Updating social media channels;
  • Assist senior management with expense claims;
  • Invoicing;
  • Other tasks that may be required from time-to-time;
  • Manage all travel requirements for the team including travel itineraries and bookings;
  • Support the Commercial team with administrative and operational tasks and processes;
  • Welcome/greet visitors as required;
  • Manage diary of CEO and coordinate meetings, conference calls and appointments for senior management as required;
  • Assist with the planning and execution of team events as required;
  • Schedule team off-site meetings, including organising of any catering as required;
  • Manage filing system, both maintaining and constantly improving the system;
  • Front of house duties, answering calls and welcoming guests;
  • Updating WordPress websites;
  • Respond to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.

Requirements:
