Studio Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Studio Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing supplier lists and costing;
- Updating social media channels;
- Assist senior management with expense claims;
- Invoicing;
- Other tasks that may be required from time-to-time;
- Manage all travel requirements for the team including travel itineraries and bookings;
- Support the Commercial team with administrative and operational tasks and processes;
- Welcome/greet visitors as required;
- Manage diary of CEO and coordinate meetings, conference calls and appointments for senior management as required;
- Assist with the planning and execution of team events as required;
- Schedule team off-site meetings, including organising of any catering as required;
- Manage filing system, both maintaining and constantly improving the system;
- Front of house duties, answering calls and welcoming guests;
- Updating WordPress websites;
- Respond to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
Requirements:
