Our company is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team.

Ensure that kitchen preparation and clear down procedures are followed on a daily basis;
Ensuring that Food and Beverage rooms are cleared at the end of each event;
To implement all new ideas and procedures as instructed by Head Chef;
Providing high quality dishes;
To follow and abide by all regulations and policies;
Take orders from Sous Chef and delegate tasks to Commis and Demi Chefs;
Plan the day-to-day running of your section effectively to meet the service and forecasting in line with business needs;
Ensure that all specified procedures are understood and adhered to, to those required by law;
Ensure effective stock rotation is being completed correctly;
Suggest personal recipes and menu planning ideas to snr Chefs;
Be responsible for a specific area of the kitchen;
Communicate all information to the chefs in your section about the hotels business;
Responsible for the day to day running of your section;
Assist with the other Kitchen duties on an as needs basis;
Prepare menu items according to your station.

Have a background of using fresh ingredients;
£22,500 plus tips;
Preparing fresh ingredients;
AA Rosette is preferred;
Completion of compulsory education to a satisfactory standard;
Carrying out the smooth and efficient running of your section;
Applicants will be required to demonstrate a high level of previous experience in a high production culinary environment;
Possess a formal qualification in culinary arts from a recognized culinary training institution;
Experience, as a Chef de Partie, gained in a pub, hotel or restaurant;
Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests.
