Responsibilities:
- General admin support in the department;
- Arranging meetings;
- Request, receive and dispatch case notes;
- Diary Management;
- Audio typing documents and letters;
- Confidential audio and copy typing;
- Keeping client records updated;
- Typing of appropriate official correspondence and related clerical duties;
- Accurate transcription (audio/copy typing) of dictated clinical letters;
- Transcribe a variety of documents;
- Ensure relevant details recorded and messages passed to appropriate staff in a timely manner;
- Ensure you maintain accuracy and grammar;
- General clerical duties inc filing and scanning.
Requirements:
- Fast and accurate audio typing, minimum of 65 wpm;
- Experienced audio typist;
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for presentation;
- Previous experience of working in a legal environment is essential;
- General administration experience;
- Previous experience of using Rio;
- IT Literate.
