Our company is looking for a Beauty Therapist to join our team.

To attend staff meetings when required;
To follow all operating procedures for the Salon;
To be fully qualified to NVQ Beauty Level 3;
To be knowledgeable in products and treatments used within the Salon and attend training courses internally and externally when required;
Ensure company standards of service and personal presentation are maintained at all times;
Offer Guests a high level of service while embracing the Company’s brand standards;
Drive the sales of both treatments and products;
Conduct skin analysis (face and body);
To have at least 2 years post college experience working in a Spa or Salon;
Use waxing to remove facial and body hair;
Warmly welcome clients upon their arrival;
Provide advice on makeup products and techniques based on each client’s needs;
To carry out all treatments to a high standard and as booked in by the reception team;
Give various types of facial and body massages, including hot stone;
Additional experience in lash enhancement and threading desired but not necessary.

Able to work in a fast paced environment;
Fantastic people skills;
Minimum 2 years experience post training;
At least 1 years work experience within a spa environment;
Ability to work on your own or in teams;
Have previous salon experience;
Lycon;
Have NVQ level 3 or 4 qualification;
Be able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure;
Wax;
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations;
Good communication skills;
Gel Nails;
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification;
A recognized beauty therapy / hair qualification.
