Our company is looking for a Care Home Nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Telephone call and home visits in line with the companies Patient Support Programmes;
- carrying out management of the unit during the day;
- Administer therapies to patients in accordance with service specific protocols;
- To promote and maintain a high standard of nursing care;
- Develop and manage the skills of the care team;
- To ensure effective induction of all staff, together with clinical supervision of trained staff.
Requirements:
- NMC Pin;
- Right to work in the UK;
- 6 months’ experience.
