Our company is looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- To work alongside staff to support, feedback and develop their clinical skills and experience;
- To Provide the Clinical Leadership and direction, improving standards of homes in crisis.
Requirements:
- Satisfactory Disclosure completion upon successful application;
- A valid NMC pin number;
- An RGN/RMN qualification;
- Previous experience in a Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead post desirable but not essential;
- You must be a qualified nurse – RGN – and registered with the NMC;
- Min 3 years hands-on nursing experience;
- Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record;
- Effective communication skills;
- Nursing Home;
- RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) registered;
- Assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff;
- Nurse Manager;
- Excellent organisation & leadership skills;
- Work autonomously and independently whilst building strong relationships with the management and care staff throughout the organisation;
- Adult Social Care.
