Our company is looking for a Night Concierge to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Front of the house duties, including meeting and greeting all clients and visitors to the firm;
  • To adhere to health & safety policies;
  • Organising cars and taxis for clients and visitors as required;
  • Regular patrols of the building;
  • Logging any meeting room bookings;
  • Taking coats, jackets and luggage to the cloakroom;
  • Site log of contractors and visitors;
  • To perform mailroom and Office Services duties as required;
  • Answering all external calls to the office and internal telephone and email enquiries;
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are in order following events;
  • Inspecting the building to ensure it is well presented and safe at all times;
  • Providing the highest level of customer service to residents and guests;
  • Escalating issues to the Estate Manager accordingly;
  • Complete accurate shift records and handover as required;
  • Welcome guests and visitors to the site and deal with enquiries/questions.
