Our company is looking for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) Band 5 to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing the instruments, equipment and supplies for the procedure;
- Administering IV drips;
- Providing assistance to Doctors throughout the procedure;
- Completing all necessary documentation including patient notes and discharge documents;
- Providing after-care and instructions;
- Keeping the patient informed throughout the duration of the procedure;
- Monitoring of the case load;
- Follow ups of people who present at A&E in a Mental Health crisis;
- Staff supervision;
- Assessments.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered.
