Our company is looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Going to the theatre and cinema;
- To maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families and other whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality;
- Sports;
- Drama and the performing arts;
- Developing the independent living skills of the service users;
- Arts;
- Cooking;
- Collaborating with Service users, Families and Professionals on a daily basis;
- Volunteering;
- To assist with End-of-Life Care for service users who are terminally ill;
- Personal care;
- To assist service users who need help or reassurance, providing light drinks or refreshments where required;
- To read and write reports, and to participate in staff and service users’ meetings as appropriate;
- To assist day staff in preparing service users for bed, as required;
- To iron laundered garments and linen, mending/darning where practical.
