Our company is looking for a Bodyshop Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide reports on all activities with weekly forecasting & annual budgets;
  • To implement cash debt and WIP policies;
  • To establish and maintain excellent working relationships with our manufacturing partners, insurance companies and accident management company;
  • To create effective marketing campaigns & keep DRIVE updated;
  • To manage the activities of staff members to achieve targets, plans and budgets;
  • To ensure every estimate and all paint stocks are controlled and margins are maximised;
  • To manage accounts in Cutol including GP KPI’s and accurate cost control using DRIVE;
  • To identify and improve customer service levels;
  • To actively and effectively manage work provider and supplier relationships;
  • Work with your team to ensure targets, plans and budgets are met;
  • To deliver structured individual performance management processes;
  • To manage compliance to all company processes as well as current Health & Safety and BSI 10125 manufacturer standards;
  • To manage the complete operation and deliver the required high finish standards;
  • To maintain excellent working relationships with insurance companies;
  • To manage resources and costs in order to optimise capability and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Delivery of proactive performance management;
  • Delivering finish product to BSI standards;
  • Qualifications in management and leadership skills;
  • Staff recruitment and current group policies;
  • You will have strong business acumen with the ability to monitor the production process;
  • You will have a full and valid UK Driving Licence;
  • You will have proven leadership & managerial skills;
  • You must have experience managing in a Bodyshop Centre;
  • You must have knowledge of the body repair processes and safety procedure required for vehicles;
  • You will have good administration and IT skills.
