Our company is looking for a Building Services Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Painting and decorating;
- Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors;
- Moving furniture;
- Respond to all enquiries promptly;
- Providing fact-based guidance and consultancy services that help those involved in designing, constructing and operating services in buildings;
- Hanging Wall art work;
- Carry out maintenance repair work and ensure the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs;
- Undertaking site visits and liaising with clients, building and maintaining client relationships;
- Follow planned preventative procedures;
- Delivering technical reports and presentations related to projects;
- Answering member technical queries and supporting company Networks;
- Basic Electrical work;
- Developing concisely and accurately costed proposals to meet client needs or research objectives;
- plumbing – changing taps, fixing basic leaks;
- Basic carpentry.
Requirements:
- Excellent client facing skills;
- Commercial Plumbing experience.
