Our company is looking for a Field Support Engineer to join our team.


  • Providing 3rd line support via the Support Desk and in an onsite capacity, where appropriate;
  • To have direct involvement with key tasks and issues as part of annual objectives;
  • Execution of site visits & health checks in accordance with company guidelines and clients’ site procedures and expectations;
  • Supporting AV & VC Solutions in the UK & Europe, according to company procedures, guidelines & best practice;
  • Ensure the status of their Regional hardware asset registers are accurate;
  • To operate as the conduit of information and feedback between their region and the Service Delivery team;
  • Assisting colleagues in Support, Projects & Sales Departments to ensure optimal delivery of service;
  • Responsible for remaining aware and expert in emerging technology/products within industry;
  • To work with the End User Services Manager in accordance with IT objectives, values and standards;
  • Assisting Service desk in all areas to ensure optimal delivery of service to all clients;
  • Competent use of infrastructure management tools for remote support procedures;
  • Will be required to cover other office sites as and when the business needs;
  • Ensure that all legal and legislative requirements in relation to IT are adhered to and followed.


  • Ability to communicate effectively (Spoken and written);
  • Excellent client facing skills;
  • Programming skills/certification (Crestron/AMX);
  • Strong team player, helping and supporting colleagues in all departments;
  • Office 365 / Skype For Business experience;
  • CTS Certification;
  • Oblong Mezzanine experience;
  • A good working knowledge of MS Office;
  • Any other relevant industry certifications and experience;
  • Technically focused;
  • Polycom Certification.
