Responsibilities:
- Strive to exceed all set targets and sales objectives;
- Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, building relationships and loyalty so customers come back time and time again;
- Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the vehicles you are selling;
- Chasing progress on sold orders;
- Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service;
- Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives;
- Meeting Motorcycle Sales Targets;
- Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories;
- Proactive use of database for customer follow ups in order to maximise sales;
- Accomplish maximum profitability from vehicle and accessory sales.
Requirements:
- A full motorcycle licence is essential to the role;
- Outstanding communication skills;
- Able to work within a team as well as independently;
- Be self-driven, motivated and determined, to meet and exceed set minimum standards and Sales targets;
- The ability to listen, understand and interpret customer needs;
- Proficient IT skills with excellent organisation skills;
- Excellent time keeping and punctuality is a must.
