Our company is looking for a Panel Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Body Alignment jigs;
- Utilising modern repair techniques;
- Straightening and filling panels;
- Refitting new/repaired panels;
- Replacing and removing the whole body shell;
- At least 2 years experience as a fully qualified panel technician;
- Proven experience in a similar role;
- Stripping and refitting trim and panel interior.

- Liaising daily with the Bodyshop Manager and/or Production Manager to optimise performance, meet deadlines and targets set;
- Carrying out timely, accurate repairs in accordance with estimates and insurance company requirements thereby maximising labour sales in the Bodyshop;
- Adhering to the relevant Manufacturer / Insurer standards and requirements;
- Working in line with all relevant Health & Safety procedures;
- Assuring adherence to systems and procedures as defined by the Bodyshop Manager and Company policy and procedures;
- Carrying high quality work to minimise rework and ensure customer satisfaction.
