Our company is looking for a Unified Communications specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Actively performing security administration tasks, such as certificate renewals, on a periodic basis in line with agreed service levels;
- Performing disaster recovery testing on a periodic basis in line with agreed service levels;
- Patching, maintenance and remediation on the UC platforms and maintaining services;
- The monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution of issues within UC platforms, supporting services and dependencies;
- Work with UC Subject Matter Experts to obtain a thorough knowledge of the UC environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in configuring and maintaining UC Technologies;
- Experience in messaging archiving products and eDiscovery tools;
- Superior knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services industry.
