Responsibilities:

  • Support, assist and develop successful pitch teams;
  • Create and provide training across the business to become more digital;

  • Work with the Head of Creative Strategies to develop the digital;
  • Helping build best-in-class digital marketing marketing campaigns, instilling best practice across all territory teams;
  • Ensureing all framework, best practice, training and governance is implemented across all markets to deliver accelerated revenue growth;
  • Work with the Relationship Management and Creative departments to guide digital strategy;
  • Solve all sorts of problems for all sorts of businesses and teams;
  • Deliver successful digital solutions clients big and small across a range of clients (from tech and healthcare to CPG and media);
  • Never stop learning about new technologies and best practices;
  • Probably also pet a lot of dogs;
  • Work with a team of smart, creative people who like to push boundaries, including third party partners;
  • Significant responsibility for the P+L, results, growth strategy and brand identity of the company;
  • Responsible for executing our digital deliverables, including websites, landing pages, CMS, marketing automation, mobile apps, email, and display ads;
  • Planning, managing and implementing the global marketing strategy, aligning with local territories to adopt, localise and activate in-market.

Requirements:

  • Able to find and pitch to new business opportunities selling digital strategies;
  • Develop and nurture client relationships by providing innovative solutions to clients;
  • Able to have innovative, creative solutions for client challenges;
  • Act as a leader and support more junior members of the team;
  • Demonstrable experience developing and delivering digital strategies to a variety of businesses;
  • Strong understanding of digital and how it works with paid, share and owned media;
