Our company is looking for a Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Input into legal social media channels;
  • Ad-hoc and on-going projects;
  • Managing the whole recruitment process from taking job details from clients through to the placement of candidates, and the aftercare;
  • Taking responsibility for seeking top legal talent, via LinkedIn & networking, and taking that talent to market;
  • Overseeing on-boarding employment checks for interim workers;
  • Involvement in Event coordination, and assisting with the production of podcasts, webinars and video content;
  • Highlighting potential new leads or clients from research data;
  • Liaising with existing clients as well as building relationships with new law firms, and in-house legal divisions;
  • Working with the marketing team to create content for campaigns and client pitch materials.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the recruitment industry with a demonstrable track record;
  • Determined to succeed, driven with a desire to develop your career within recruitment;
  • The ability to influence people at critical stages of the recruitment process;
  • An understanding of professional services would be advantageous although by no means necessary;
  • Confident but not arrogant;
  • You will be a pro active individual with evident drive, determination and ambition;
  • Relevant working history preferable (Sales/ B2B Sales/ B2C Sales/ Telesales/ Fundraising Sales/ Door to Door Sales);
  • 2:1/ 1:1 degree from a top 50 UK university (or equivalent international university) with strong A-Levels (A’s and B’s);
  • Strong personality;
  • Team player but can work on their own;
  • Consistent working history;
