Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of Clients;
- Ensure that all legal and regulatory obligations of the entities under management are met within all relevant timeframes;
- Process improvements and development of procedures where necessary;
- Participate in the training and mentoring of less experienced staff;
- Deliver excellent client relationship management;
- Provide technical expertise in the Corporate Services Team;
- Review and negotiation of transaction documentation.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience of reviewing debt capital markets and structured finance documentation;
- Minimum of 5 years relevant and related experience working for a corporate service provider is desirable.
