Our company is looking for a Chartered Town Planner to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with local planning authorities and third parties;
  • Managing planning applications through the development process;
  • Giving accurate and persuasive written and verbal arguments to clients and colleagues;
  • Giving advice that assists in creating development proposals to suit the client’s requirements;
  • Managing external consultant teams.

Requirements:

  • An enthusiastic team player;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication;
  • At least 2 years’ planning experience, ideally within a consultancy, although they would also consider Local Authority backgrounds;
  • Ideally MRTPI or on track to submit in the next two submission windows.
