Clinique – Promotion & Events Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Clinique – Promotion & Events Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Execute engaging marketing events (i.e. illustrator, engraving…) and associated collateral and media support;
- Create reporting documents to track, monitor and optimize activities;
- Explore new opportunities to engage with these flagship consumers;
- Prepare in-depth post-campaign analysis for each retailer and overall results tracker;
- Support on the execution of marketing programs to support our Flagship store strategy;
- Support on the management of gift for key retailers, and oversee implementation for all other retailers;
- Develop bespoke collateral for service events and activities;
- Oversee all beauty boxes (excluding corporate boxes) to recruit new consumers;
- Support the manager on the Bonus Time master, coop budgets and GWP budget;
- Manage implementation of these plans with the support of the manager;
- Oversee sampling management & planning for all key eventing and flagship doors;
- Support on the trade marketing initiatives with our retailer partners and corporate (Smile events, Dept Events, Points Events…);
- Coordinate all the elements for a succesful implementation of relevant retailer gift programs;
- Support the manager in creating all collateral for all retailers and manage timelines with suppliers;
- Prepare result reporting as well as suggest future suggestions.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Very strong communication skills;
- Experience in a marketing environment working across trade marketing / promotions and events in an FMCG environment;
- Must be a self-starter, proactive, flexible and able to handle multitude of projects at one time;
- Enjoys working in fast-paced environment and handles pressure well;
- Excellent organisational, analytical and computer skills required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Team Player.
