Our company is looking for a Account-Based Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy the right programmatic and account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right content at the right time;
  • Collaborate cross functionally with the global sales team;
  • Research, build and prioritise target accounts based on opportunity;
  • Define KPIs, measure performance and optimise campaigns based on data & insights;
  • Create and execute marketing plans for targeted lists of accounts in order to deepen account engagement;
  • Lead the creation, implementation and execution of ABM marketing programmes;
  • Ideal candidate will be fluent in German;
  • Providing strategy, best practice, coaching, mentoring and continuous monitoring on ABM and DBM across NWE marketing;
  • Running the ABM community, acting as brand guardians to provide tools and processes for efficiency and sharing of best practice;
  • Proactively engage with sales to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of all marketing activities 1;
  • Be agile and address the ongoing demand for opportunistic and ad hoc marketing needs of the sales team in response to health of the pipeline;
  • Ensure that all marketing programs in plan are at all times aligned with the corporate vision, themes and brand guidelines;
  • Track lead flow from all leads generated from all marketing to ensure sales are following up on all marketing in a timely manner;
  • Share metrics and reporting to inform broader teams of best-practices for benefit across all marketing;
  • Design & execute 1:1/1-2-few marketing to key target accounts.

Requirements:

  • An energetic and willing attitude;
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, creatives, engineers, analysts and product;
  • Data-driven marketer with a proven track record growing demand and audience, account engagement;
  • Self-starter who has built programmes from the ground up and is able to prioritise competing projects;
  • Previous ABM marketing experience;
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B/SaaS, enterprise or demand generation marketing;
  • Working knowledge of Pardot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Engagio and other marketing technology platforms;
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience;
  • Significant previous experience across the full marketing mix;
  • Good communication especially written, presentation, networking and influencing skills;
  • Relevant experience of Account Based Marketing / Deal Based Marketing.
