Our company is looking for a Account Executive – SMB to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with online chat support relevant to Sales;
  • Provide online sales demonstrations to customers;
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share with the Product and Marketing teamsKeep up with and adapt to ongoing product and technology developments;
  • Maintain relevant databases and software applications with sales data and communications;
  • Effectively use Salesforce.com to manage your pipeline, forecast sales activity;
  • Contacting customers on Pro Trial status with the aim to nurture them and move them to a paying customer status as per your conversion project KPI’s;
  • Compile and report statistical trends on sales pipeline weekly and monthly to the Leadership team;
  • Work well in a team environment, collaborating, helping and supporting your colleagues;
  • Liaise with prospective customers with the aim to drive them to sign up and convert;
  • Present personalised demos of the Deputy Platform Consistently over achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets;
  • Provide Deputy webinars when required;
  • Strategically identify and overcome objections and competition.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Sales and Business Development;
  • Worked in a technical sales role or full-stack sales role;
  • Experience using Salesforce desired;
  • Experience in a high velocity inside sales team, creating SQLs and closing multiple opportunities in a month;
  • Demonstrated consistent quota achievement across multiple quarters in a multitude of sales cycles (ranging from 1 week to 3 months);
  • Demonstrated a high degree of analytical skills;
  • Experience in a full-stack sales role, building pipeline and closing opportunities.
