Our company is looking for a Account Manager (Creative Agency) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Producing and presenting internal campaign reports to ensure they’re continually improving campaign performance;
  • Drafting accurate costings for projects and effectively managing client budgets (ranging from c£10k to c£250k);
  • Organising delivery of client campaigns, both directly with the client and internally with the Content and Marketing teams;
  • Management of the invoice process for clients;
  • Educate creative agencies, media agencies and clients on the possibilities of OOH and new developments across the Clear Channel UK portfolio;
  • You will be involved in new business pitching and preparation;
  • Managing client expectations and sending through regular performance reports;
  • Provide hands on support to the team in times when everyone needs help to get the job done;
  • Proof reading and checking for any of the team to ensure quality standards are met;
  • Building realistic project plans that meet client expectations;
  • Guiding clients through varied and sometimes complex projects from conception through to final delivery;
  • Develop and maintain collaborative business relationships with senior decision makers in key creative agencies;
  • Acting as ‘go between’ with clients and the design team, ensuring feedback is delivered in a timely and professional manner;
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with key clients;
  • Managing the strategic and longer-term planning of client accounts.
