Account Manager – Independent Sector Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Account Manager – Independent Sector to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist to coordinate and drive service delivery plans with teams;
- Works through all opportunities for their accounts, leveraging for new business, O&U, non-contract revenue, etc;
- Owns the customer or technical escalation and response to the customer;
- Ensure adherence to Contractual requirements on all aspects;
- Maintain up to date information system data (installed base including additions/deletions, service coverage, asset sheets & purchased services);
- Flexible – able to travel and work between locations in the UK, depending on customer need;
- Highly motivated team player;
- Experience in the Healthcare industry;
- Prepare and deliver regular reporting in-line with contractual requirements. Able to identify areas of improvement and create and execute plans;
- Process driven;
- They are the key interface between the business and the assigned customer accounts (owns the customer);
- Contribute towards tracking & governing Profit & Loss of assigned accounts;
- Knowledge of sales and service operating procedures;
- Look to continuously improve the Customer experience. Working with the wider business to identify opportunities and deliver improvements;
- Evaluate, influence and contribute to pricing structures & pricing for individual items.
