Our company is looking for a Account Manager (Non-sales) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Review key performance indicators;
  • Liaise internally in order to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers;
  • Ensure that all sales administration is completed in a timely manner;
  • Manage customer accounts;
  • Ensure order books, stock levels and price lists are accurate;
  • Respond to and follow-up sales enquiries;
  • Liaise with the external sales account managers and customers;
  • Attend internal and external customer meetings and qualify new business opportunities.
