Our company is looking for a Administrator (Professional Services) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries promptly, courteously and informatively;
- Arrange for the notarisation and legalisation of documents where necessary;
- Proactively upsell additional services or quote higher banding prices as appropriate on all enquiries received into the unit;
- Raise invoices for work performed, receiving funds in advance as and when required;
- Ensure that all new enquiries are dealt with promptly and are entered onto the CRM system as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Foreign languages would be an advantage but not essential;
- Experience in providing services to clients, both in person, in writing and by telephone;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels;
- Previous experience of working in a professional services environment – would be an advantage but not essential;
- Educated to degree level – ideally Business or Law degree.
