Our company is looking for a Assistant Front of House Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • To meet and greet clients and visitors and to inform relevant parties of their arrival;
  • To complete daily tasks and duties rotas;
  • To actively assist the Reception team at all times to ensure best possible service for all external and internal clients;
  • To keep a track of people, know who they are waiting for and which conference room is booked for them;
  • Serve as an information source for clients;
  • Take bookings for meeting refreshments, breakfasts, lunches and dinners and arrange them accordingly;
  • To provide after hours receptionist presence if required;
  • To report any faults in meeting rooms and Reception areas;
  • To implement and streamline training for all Reception staff;
  • Register all arriving clients following security policies and procedures;
  • To keep the booking system up to date at all times;
  • To set up and maintaining standards and procedures for the Reception department;
  • To follow all standards and procedures as outlined in the Reception SLAs;
  • Up-keep the general reception area;
  • To ensure conference suites are tidy, stationary stocked and correctly set up.
