Our company is looking for a Assistant Regional Trade Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping up to date with regional innovation in ecommerce, online fashion retailing and logistics and how this could be impacting trade performance;
- Conduct and support ad-hoc analysis and share insight that will aid understanding of under/over performing KPIs across multiple markets;
- Supporting the RTM in delivering the successful execution of bespoke market codes;
- Support the RTM/HO to analyse and optimise the proposition by market.
Requirements:
- Understanding of ecommerce KPI’s and how they impact performance;
- Ability to digest multiple sets of insights and provide a recommendation;
- Be comfortable with working in global organisations culturally diverse workforce;
- Pro active with a strong bias for action;
- Previous experience in ecommerce/retail preferable;
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable to work in a fast moving and ever-changing context;
- Analytical with a commercial mindset and detail oriented.
