  • Respond to customer enquiries, and resolve any issues by providing prices, product information, quotes, credit information and samples.

  • Negotiation and relationship building;
  • Strong PC Skills;
  • Proven sales track record;
  • Knowledge of product / service range, competitors and market place;
  • Capability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Excellent customer service and selling;
  • Proven track record in leading and managing a B2B sales team;
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task activities.
