- Leading on the company’s benefits strategy across the UK and Ireland;
- Designing the strategy and delivery of UK and Ireland benefits, with the primary focus on Ireland;

- Act as the point of contact for all Ireland benefits.

- A strong cultural awareness and flexibility to work across different time zones;
- A demonstrated history implementing and managing international benefits programs;
- Experience managing third party broker relationships.
