Our company is looking for a Benefits Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading on the company’s benefits strategy across the UK and Ireland;
  • Designing the strategy and delivery of UK and Ireland benefits, with the primary focus on Ireland;
  • Working closely with third party providers / brokers to negotiate benefits and provide a competitive benefits offering;
  • Act as the point of contact for all Ireland benefits.

Requirements:

  • Previous history working in a complex and global organisation. Additionally, experience with M&A work would be a bonus;
  • Excellent research, analytic, and project management skills as well as the ability to negotiate, build relationships and manage vendor relations;
  • A strong cultural awareness and flexibility to work across different time zones;
  • A demonstrated history implementing and managing international benefits programs;
  • Experience managing third party broker relationships.
