Responsibilities:

  • Using product and process knowledge to judge the suitability of potential partners;
  • Creating and maintaining client records within the company CRM system;
  • Helping to grow this new branch of the business;
  • Attending various networking events;
  • Conducting outbound and inbound calls;
  • Communicating with potential partners over the phone and via email;
  • Supporting potential clients during the activation journey;
  • Generate interest through prospecting,
  • All activity will be meticulously logged on salesforce;
  • Establishing value proposition for new sectors;
  • Develop prospect nurture-flow through to a fully qualified SQL;
  • Promote the numerous benefits of service provided;
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
  • Suggesting improvements to internal processes as and when required;
  • Build and maintain great client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Persistence, sales spirit and objection handling skills are critical;
  • Salesforce, start up and FinTech experience is beneficial but not required;
  • Cold calling experience is essential;
  • A 2.1 from a top university;
  • Strong organisation to maximise output throughout the day and to overachieve;
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with a hunger to succeed;
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills;
  • Flawless communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to drive activity, build a fast-paced sales environment;
  • A 2.1 from university;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, with a great track record;
  • Self-motivated with the ambition in order to hit monthly quota;
  • The confidence to work autonomously and liaise with an eclectic mix of senior business leaders;
  • Outbound sales experience (email / call / linkedin / events).
