Our company is looking for a Business Development Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing two persons within the business: a Business Engagement professional and a Communications & PR officer;
- Representing the business at public events and networking to promote the business across the sector;
- Implementing a clear marketing and communications strategy to grow the client base;
- Daily up keeping of all sales tracking information in specified systems (excel, powerpoint, etc);
- Drive sales process from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentation & successful conclusion of new business opportunities;
- Meet, or exceed established new sales budgets;
- Develop and maintain customer database of key information on target clients (organizational structure, key contacts, business strategy, etc.);
- Take an active role in representing Icon Printing in the marketplace and various industry organizations and events;
- Oversee the new client on-boarding process and their first order before successfully transferring the account to the Account Management Team;
- Identify needs and client business objectives to develop customer specific solutions and increase conversion rate.
