Our company is looking for a Business Development Manager – Europe to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities;
  • Manages a Sales Service team for the assigned area;
  • Building a growth strategy centered around brand awareness and financial growth;
  • Network with key decision markers within airlines at events, workshops and trade associations;
  • Competitor and market awareness to emphasize GI Aerospace’s value proposition;
  • Leverage your network to identify potential business opportunities;
  • Account management;
  • Ability to negotiate and close contracts;
  • In depth knowledge of the company’s products and services;
  • Identify prospective airlines and decision makers within organizations;
  • Convert prospective leads into clients.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 Years experience in European Region;
  • Management experience in the Aviation industry;
  • Must demonstrate the ability to exercise sound independent judgment;
  • Familiarity with EASA Regulations;
  • Good knowledge of Enterprise Software implementation;
  • Ability to interact effectively with client and company personnel seeking information;
  • Familiarity with Airline MRO systems;
  • Familiarity with FAA Regulations;
  • Degree in business administration, sales or equivalent experience;
  • Fluency in Spanish or French;
  • Fluency in English;
  • 2-5 Years experience in the Airline industry;
  • Must be proactive in meeting customer needs and have an enthusiastic approach to selling and marketing our services;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Must be computer literate in using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
