Our company is looking for a Business Development Manager – Europe to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities;
- Manages a Sales Service team for the assigned area;
- Building a growth strategy centered around brand awareness and financial growth;
- Network with key decision markers within airlines at events, workshops and trade associations;
- Competitor and market awareness to emphasize GI Aerospace’s value proposition;
- Leverage your network to identify potential business opportunities;
- Account management;
- Ability to negotiate and close contracts;
- In depth knowledge of the company’s products and services;
- Identify prospective airlines and decision makers within organizations;
- Convert prospective leads into clients.
Requirements:
- 5-10 Years experience in European Region;
- Management experience in the Aviation industry;
- Must demonstrate the ability to exercise sound independent judgment;
- Familiarity with EASA Regulations;
- Good knowledge of Enterprise Software implementation;
- Ability to interact effectively with client and company personnel seeking information;
- Familiarity with Airline MRO systems;
- Familiarity with FAA Regulations;
- Degree in business administration, sales or equivalent experience;
- Fluency in Spanish or French;
- Fluency in English;
- 2-5 Years experience in the Airline industry;
- Must be proactive in meeting customer needs and have an enthusiastic approach to selling and marketing our services;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Must be computer literate in using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
