Our company is looking for a Business Development Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Speak to clients and grow revenues within a specific client base;
  • Generating new business as well as contacting existing clients in order to close deals and expand the business;
  • Preparing and sending out literature and samples;
  • Managing a region of key account customers;
  • Identify new markets and proactively convert leads in to new accounts;
  • Calculating prices, raising quotes for standard a bespoke products;
  • Working to KPI’s to grow your regions sales, key accounts and dormant accounts;
  • Lead Generation;
  • Visiting customers/projects when required on ABI and use this information for tracking customers/projects;
  • Identifying client needs in relation to product ranges;
  • Attending trade exhibitions, events and capability demonstrations;
  • Outgoing pro-active sales calls to prospect customers and task management;
  • Understanding and technical knowledge of the full product range and manufacturing processes;
  • Booking appointments for externals sales (TSM’s/BDM’s/Technical);
  • Working with the internal project tracking team to narrow down which subcontractor will secure the project.

  • Confident and enthusiastic communicator able to converse with CEO level directors and decision makers;
  • A strong track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level;
  • The ability to work both independently and as a team player;
  • Ability to quickly build lasting relationships;
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills;
  • Clean and full UK drivers licence;
  • Extensive B2B Service Sector Business Development experience;
  • Smart and well presented as you would be the face of the organisation;
  • Organised, methodical and able to simultaneously work on multiple leads to maintain a steady pipeline of new business;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Honest and reliable;
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Driven, determined and competitive.
