Responsibilities:
- To manage and organise meetings and workshops;
- To liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and teams;
- To record decisions and communicate outcomes;
- To support cluster meetings and member briefings;
- Ensuring the Assurance Directorate meets all internal & external business reporting requirements;
- Managing and providing support for the Directorate’s Risk, Issues and LFE Management Processes;
- Enabling the ongoing business management for the Assurance Directorate through business analytics and the provision of Business Intelligence;
- Managing the Assurance Directorate organisation changes;
- Supporting the financial planning control and cost control process to ensure accurate financial forecasting and delivery of financial targets;
- Ensuring the Assurance Directorate remains compliant with Corporate Policy in respect of Business Continuity.
Requirements:
- Ability to positively influence stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of a project outcomes;
- Confident and natural communicator with an inspiring quality;
- Understanding of Prince2 Project Management methodologies is desirable;
- Experience of managing a remote-team;
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices;
- Understanding of Agile Project Management techniques is desirable;
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications;
- Confident leader;
- Experience in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
- Logical and efficient;
- Poses excellent stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills;
- Ability to efficiently plan and manage the workload of others and continue to work to deadlines to ensure successful delivery.
