Our company is looking for a Business Support Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage and organise meetings and workshops;
  • To liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and teams;
  • To record decisions and communicate outcomes;
  • To support cluster meetings and member briefings;
  • Ensuring the Assurance Directorate meets all internal & external business reporting requirements;
  • Managing and providing support for the Directorate’s Risk, Issues and LFE Management Processes;
  • Enabling the ongoing business management for the Assurance Directorate through business analytics and the provision of Business Intelligence;
  • Managing the Assurance Directorate organisation changes;
  • Supporting the financial planning control and cost control process to ensure accurate financial forecasting and delivery of financial targets;
  • Ensuring the Assurance Directorate remains compliant with Corporate Policy in respect of Business Continuity.

Requirements:

  • Ability to positively influence stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of a project outcomes;
  • Confident and natural communicator with an inspiring quality;
  • Understanding of Prince2 Project Management methodologies is desirable;
  • Experience of managing a remote-team;
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices;
  • Understanding of Agile Project Management techniques is desirable;
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications;
  • Confident leader;
  • Experience in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
  • Logical and efficient;
  • Poses excellent stakeholder management skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills;
  • Ability to efficiently plan and manage the workload of others and continue to work to deadlines to ensure successful delivery.
