Our company is looking for a Campaign Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on creative campaigns with results;
  • Collaborate with content, creative and digital operations to deliver marketing plans;
  • Implement an effective overall marketing plan;
  • Drive account specific marketing aligned to sales strategies;
  • Work in partnership with agencies;
  • Define the target audience within the accounts and develop an execution plan to increase awareness and reputation;
  • Create and execute quarterly marketing plans for targeted accounts;
  • Work Closely with the sales team;
  • Deliver effective marketing and communications strategies;
  • Produce reports on success of campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail with pride in accuracy of work produced;
  • Fun, flexible, open and excited about opportunities;
  • Good organisational skills and focus on deadline-driven tasks;
  • Ability to multi-task and work on several projects at the same time;
  • To be self-motivated and results orientated;
  • Keen attention to detail and eye for the creative;
  • Understanding of project management techniques;
  • Previous experience in social media / marketing / events / project management would be an advantage, but not essential;
  • A passion for endurance sports and outdoors pursuits;
  • Active user of social media (at least Twitter/Instagram/Snapchat);
  • Some experience of having worked in an office plus familiarity with common software e.g. Word, Excel, Keynote, etc;
  • Outstanding time management and the ability to prioritise a shifting workload;
  • Marketing campaign skills including digital marketing;
  • Marketing experience ideally in the events space (Charity or not-for-profit experience is also a definite advantageous);
  • Creative skills including reviewing copy and visual/ image selection.
