Our company is looking for a Change Manager : Service Management to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Release Management meetings;
  • Support & engage key stakeholders;
  • Govern compliance to process policies and procedures;
  • Identify, analyse risk mitigation;
  • Manage the change process’ effectiveness and efficiency and look for improvements where possible;
  • Day-to-Day responsibility for ensuring Change Management process is followed;
  • Review all implemented changes;
  • Analyse change records to determine any trends.

Requirements:

  • Working experience in Service Management and Change Management;
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels up to and including senior/executive management both internally and externally;
  • ITIL Foundation qualification v3 or 4;
  • Experience of owning and driving complex improvement plans and actions with documented outputs.
