Our company is looking for a Change Manager : Service Management to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Release Management meetings;
- Support & engage key stakeholders;
- Govern compliance to process policies and procedures;
- Identify, analyse risk mitigation;
- Manage the change process’ effectiveness and efficiency and look for improvements where possible;
- Day-to-Day responsibility for ensuring Change Management process is followed;
- Review all implemented changes;
- Analyse change records to determine any trends.
Requirements:
- Working experience in Service Management and Change Management;
- Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels up to and including senior/executive management both internally and externally;
- ITIL Foundation qualification v3 or 4;
- Experience of owning and driving complex improvement plans and actions with documented outputs.
