Our company is looking for a Channel Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending trade shows and exhibitions, marketing the business and product services;
  • Attending customer visits- holding quarterly business reviews;
  • Ensure accurate service reporting packs are sent to clients and following up calls to discuss utilisation;
  • Meet with prospective customers to pitch and explain the value and concept of our client’s services;
  • Meet with prospective customers to pitch and explain the value and concept of Nominets services;
  • Understand our .Brand clients use cases for domain plans for their TLDs;
  • Manage the implementation of marketing initiatives/campaigns with Channel partners to ensure our client is positioned well to secure new customers;
  • Assist in identifying improvements to our internal sales operations systems to improve channel processes;
  • Handle and resolve channel concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
  • Cultivate, grow and enable partners to successfully close Matterport business;
  • Find ways to increase revenue from current clients;
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis;
  • Network with clients to spot new opportunities for sales to their industry peers;
  • Drive creation of success stories with key partners;
  • The role will be based in our London office, however will include travel to assigned territory and channel partners.

Requirements:

  • Ideally you’ll have 2 year’s experience as a channel account manager and/or Account Executive;
  • Demonstrated ability to absorb and convey commercial and technical information;
  • You want to make a real difference;
  • A strong desire to learn and succeed in technology sales;
  • Great organisation and time management skills are essential;
  • Professional attitude and ability to influence people at various levels internally and externally;
  • You must have experience of ecommerce technologies;
  • Degree educated is preferred;
  • Experience of running and organising successful events is an advantage;
  • You want to progress into technology sales;
  • You are naturally entrepreneurial;
  • Authentically curious, you love learning and improving yourself;
  • Integrity is fundamentally important to you;
  • Experience and knowledge of channel business development and partner ecosystem;
  • IT literate and great at online research.
