Responsibilities:

  • Outstanding negotiation skills are essential together with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints;

  • Mentors Senior Account Execs and Account Managers – Senior level;
  • Build an organisation hierarchy chart and nurture relationships with all relevant contacts across a portfolio of Group Corporate Accounts;
  • Work with Directors to create internal marketing and selection criteria to help clients recruit learners onto their training programmes;
  • Communicate directly with our clients concerning their programme delivery, delegate issues, venues, materials etc;
  • Work with the Curriculum Manager to determine when new Standards should be adopted and inform the training needs the market is procuring;
  • Key sales representative in Product Pioneer meetings – Senior level;
  • Help to support the Commercial Training business to hit agreed budget and P&L targets;
  • Support the other Divisions providing cover were necessary to attend meetings and completely starts to help achieve profile targets;
  • Work with marketing to develop an appropriate marketing strategy and materials to promote Just IT and Skills Team’s product offering;
  • Support the wider team to deliver employer events such as Pathway Pioneers;
  • Create account plans for each employer with SMART objectives to hit revenue and start number targets;
  • Cross-sell the Just IT services offerings into your key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding negotiation skills are essential together with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints;

  • You will have proven ability to gather and collate information using appropriate questioning techniques;
  • You must have excellent telephone skills to carry out meaningful research be able to gain information from clients;
  • Experience within the digital industry, ideally in client facing roles or in roles with client facing responsibilities;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced workplace and deal with ongoing change, pressure and ambiguity;
  • Possess a logical, objective, organized and systematic approach to wor;
  • Great project management skills: ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
