Our company is looking for a Clinical Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of quality care – continually assessing our residents’ needs and wishes, developing the service to enhance their quality of life;
  • Build the positive reputation of the home and unit – liaise professionally with visitors, including family, friends and other external stakeholders;
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management – ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered to our clients;
  • To work alongside staff to support, feedback and develop their clinical skills and experience;
  • To Provide the Clinical Leadership and direction, improving standards of homes in crisis;
  • Work to NMC and CQC guidelines and regulations;
  • Effective management of the staff team;
  • Training and development of the staff;
  • Maintain accurate records;
  • Work with other teams, such as product, business, chat and artificial intelligence team to help drive improvements of the product;
  • Ensure the needs of the home and residents are met;
  • Ensuring care plans are correct and reviewed regularly;
  • Analyse log data to develop key insights and input into the overall strategy of the product;
  • Auditing and documentation with the highest accuracy;
  • Developing the service to enhance their quality of life.

Requirements:

  • Good Nursing Experience;
  • Above all, act as a champion for the residents and staff;
  • You will need to have demonstrable experience supporting staff and elderly service users, preferably those with dementia;
  • Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent);
  • Able to carry out general nursing tasks such as Peg feeding, wound care, phlebotomy etc;
  • Implemented or maintained a clinical safety management system;
  • Clinical Lead;
  • “Staff Nurse” OR “Senior Nurse” OR “Registered Nurse” OR “RGN” OR “RMN” OR “RNLD” OR “Community Nurse” OR “Clinical Lead” OR “Nurse Manager” OR “Agenc;
  • Previous experience of leadership and supervising teams;
  • Fully qualified GP or a generalist doctor that is post CCT;
  • Worked in a healthcare system outside of the UK;
  • Flexible approach to working patterns;
  • Proven clinical experience and knowledge;
  • Managerial skills;
  • Palliative Care.
