Responsibilities:

  • Carry out CRM research for BD initiatives/projects;
  • Compile mailing lists for publications and internal newsletters;
  • Update client contact details and important documentation on CRM;
  • Be on hand to offer training and guidance;
  • Build extensive knowledge of the CRM system and manage all enquiries;
  • Being the ‘go-to’ person for all queries on OnePlace CRM.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one years’ experience in a CRM focused role;
  • Experience using OnePlace CRM (desired);
  • Professionalism, strong communication and team working skills;
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse common inconsistencies;
  • Ambitious and career minded individual.
