Responsibilities:
- Carry out CRM research for BD initiatives/projects;
- Compile mailing lists for publications and internal newsletters;
- Update client contact details and important documentation on CRM;
- Be on hand to offer training and guidance;
- Build extensive knowledge of the CRM system and manage all enquiries;
- Being the ‘go-to’ person for all queries on OnePlace CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one years’ experience in a CRM focused role;
- Experience using OnePlace CRM (desired);
- Professionalism, strong communication and team working skills;
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse common inconsistencies;
- Ambitious and career minded individual.
