Responsibilities:
- Shape and codify the end-to-end approach to campaign development and delivery, working with the Marketing team and the broader business;
- Employ campaign tracking that enables us to leverage meaningful insights where possible;

- Manage the strategic customer retention & engagement roadmap to drive up customer engagement and order frequency;

- On-boarding new customers, New forms, workflows;
- Run the Catalogue marketing program plus any Direct Mail campaigns;
- Building relationships, test the best time to reach them.
