Our company is looking for a Deputy Care Manager to join our team.

Carrying out visits to client’s homes, hospitals/care and nursing homes to carry out initial client assessments;
Good Team player ability to liase with viarity of Care Home staff;
Ensure quality and compliance are met in line with CQC;
Monitor and ensure that the general standards of hygiene and cleanliness in relation to the premises and equipment are maintained;
Actively participating in the growth and development of the business;
Deputising for the Manager and be responsible in their absence, carrying out all the duties that his position entails;
Client satisfaction reviews;
Manage a team including, Care Workers and ancillary staff, ensuring best practice is carried out, and putting together appropriate care plans;
Start-up of new packages of care with ongoing monitoring and review;
Recruit, select and effectively supervise staff teams;
Deputising for the Registered Manager;
To make sure all provision is inline with CQC regulation;
The Deputy Care Home Manager will support the Registered Care Home Manager in the day to day activities of running the home;
Ensuring that staff are equipped with the necessary skills, through training, experience and supervision;
Delivery of a quality service designed to meet the individual needs of all service users.
